How quickly will I receive my order?

LucyMint jewelry is made within 5 business days from your order date. We mail via USPS First Class or Priority mail, which typically take 2-3 days shipping time.

Do you have a local pick-up option?

Yes! We are located in San Dimas, CA and you can select the Pick-Up option at checkout so you can save shipping costs. I’ll reach out to you once your order is ready to coordinate a pick-up time!

What is gold filled jewelry?

Gold filled jewelry is made to last a lifetime. It is second to solid gold jewelry with its durability, quality, and aesthetic. But the best part is that gold filled jewelry is much more affordable than solid gold while still offering all the same benefits. Gold filled materials are tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic. These are the primary reasons we choose to work most with gold filled materials.

Gold filled materials are created using a solid layer of gold, wrapped and bonded around a base metal (typically brass). The gold layer of gold filled jewelry must legally be at least 5% of the total weight of the item.

What if I have a problem with my order?

What if my jewelry breaks?
