Processing Time
Each of our jewelry pieces is handcrafted or curated with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your item ships. For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing times may be longer, and we will communicate any delays.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping methods:
USPS Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – FREE on all U.S. orders over $75.
USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout.
Note: Shipping times refer to transit time once your order has been handed off at the post office.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on location and customs processing. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online and stay updated on its delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LucyMint is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. However, if your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at shoplucymint@gmail.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. LucyMint is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
